It aims to accelerate research strategies for the future of the advancement of women and remove all obstacles to women’s active participation in all spheres of public and private life through a full and equal participation in decisions economic, social, cultural and political decision. this means that the principle of shared power and responsibility must be established between women and men at home, at work and in national and international community. equality between women and men is a matter of human rights and a condition for social justice and is also a necessary and fundamental to equality, development and peace. A partnership based on equality between women and men is a condition for a sustainable development focus.
