The Coordinating Committee for the Development NGOs in Spain (CONGDE) was responsible for bringing together all political parties represented at the Spanish parliament to sign the historic pact against poverty. The landmark agreement serves as a framework for Spain’s commitment to the Millennium Development Goals with emphasis on Official Development Assistance (ODA), the Paris Agenda and other Debt and Trade issues.
